The exclusive four-year agreement, beginning in mid-December 2003, involves a combination of performance-based elements and guaranteed payments, and is valued at up to $115 million over the term.

Under the agreement, tens of millions of AOL and CompuServe members and Netscape users will have convenient access to all of's more than 400,000 continuously updated job postings, representing more than 25,000 of the top employers in virtually every industry and field. AOL members will also be able to take advantage of's smart online products such as the confidential Personal Search Agent that hunts for job opportunities in expressed areas of interest and automatically emails them to job seekers.
