Partnership with CareerBuilder.com Delivers Enhanced Value to iCIMS Customers Through Integrated Resume Processing

The partnership enables iRecruiter users that subscribe to CareerBuilder.com to search the CareerBuilder.com resume database directly through the iRecruiter interface. Recruiters can also import resumes from CareerBuilder.com to their iRecruiter candidate database instantly, enabling them to then automate the source tracking and reporting for these candidates.

The integration with CareerBuilder.com further enhances the value delivered by iCIMS to its 275+ worldwide clients. Users can maximize efficiencies by quickly sending applicant profiles found on CareerBuilder.com to the web-based iRecruiter? system, eliminating cumbersome paper processes and manual data entry. As a result, recruiters can decrease their Time-to-Fill while finding high-quality candidates for their employment opportunities.

This new relationship also allows users of both iCIMS and CareerBuilder.com services to develop and maintain more accurate source effectiveness reports. As recruiters and candidates submit records into iRecruiter for consideration, iRecruiter will automatically add source tags to these records so organizations can effectively analyze the results of their recruitment advertising efforts run through CareerBuilder.com.
