BOSTON, MASS, January 11, 2006 - Experience, Inc., the leading provider of career services for college students, has teamed up with CareerBuilder.com, the nation’s largest online job site, to launch a series of real-world job experiences to help college students prepare for their future careers. Throughout 2006, the ‘CareerBuilder Experiences’ series will offer students opportunities to shadow key professionals in various fields to gain a valuable look behind-the-scenes at unique and interesting careers. The first ‘CareerBuilder Experience’ invites select students to join Reebok’s Vice President of Marketing during the planning of a high-profile, celebrity athlete event.

“We continually hear from college students that they want the chance to ‘test-drive’ many industries and companies before committing to a career path,” said Jennifer Floren, founder and CEO, Experience, Inc. “Our goal is to provide students with an easy way to get an insider’s feel at a variety of careers and companies. With help from CareerBuilder.com, this ‘CareerBuilder Experience’ will help students in their quest to find the ultimate job in the ever widening path of careers.”

“While there are many job opportunities available, getting hands-on experience can still be challenging when students are first launching their careers,” said Richard Castellini, Vice President of Consumer Marketing, CareerBuilder.com. “We’re working with Experience to create these learning opportunities to help students overcome the hurdles of identifying and developing the skills needed to succeed in a wide variety of professions.”

The ‘CareerBuilder Experiences’ series kick-off will offer three college students the opportunity to shadow Reebok’s Vice President Marketing/North America for one day as the company develops plans to promote and advertise the latest Reebok athletic footwear and apparel. The “Pursuing Your Career with a Passion: Sports” experience invites students who are sports and fitness enthusiasts to explore the opportunity to combine their passion with a defined career.

Students nationwide are invited to apply for the first “Exclusive Experiences’ job shadowing opportunity, “Pursuing Your Career with a Passion: Sports,” by completing an online application at www.experience.com.
