For Webhire customers, the partnership provides an integrated solution for sourcing talent from the CareerBuilder.com database. For job candidates, the partnership streamlines the application process by allowing them to use their existing resume to apply for jobs on Webhire-hosted career sites.

Additionally, the integration improves the application process for candidates, allowing them to use existing CareerBuilder.com resumes and profiles to apply for jobs on Webhire customers’ career sites.
