to Expand Opportunities in Energy Market

Elkridge, MD. May 9, 2007. General Physics Corporation (GP), a subsidiary of GP
Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX), welcomes Debra Hudgens to its Energy Services
Group.
Debra Hudgens, an accomplished sales professional, joins GP with 15 years of business
development experience in the area of industrial process optimization. She has been
successful in identifying and penetrating new markets for original equipment
manufacturers, and she has successfully introduced new technology to the power
generation, chemical and paper sectors.
Focusing on advanced process control, Hudgens has helped companies increase
production, optimize energy consumption and minimize pollutants. She previously has
represented Pavilion Technologies, Scott Specialty Gases and Cisco Systems. For GP,
Hudgens will serve as Business Development Manager with the Performance
Engineering Services Business Unit, which helps power generators improve the
availability, capacity and efficiency of their plants. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Hudgens holds a BS in Environmental Engineering and a BS in Biology from Purdue
University.
