Fredrikson Attorney Jeff Post Receives 2005-2006 Elmer H. Wiblishauser Author's Award

Minneapolis, MN November 30, 2006 – – Fredrikson attorney Jeff Post was awarded the 2005-06 Elmer H. Wiblishauser Author's Award from the Minnesota State Bar Association Publications Committee. The award is given annually to the best work published in Bench & Bar. Jeff received the award as a co-author of the Bench & Bar article entitled "Limits of Urban Development? Kelo, Walser, and Condemnation in Minnesota."

Post is a shareholder in Fredrikson & Byron’s Litigation Group. His practice centers on resolving business disputes. Post has successfully resolved, sometimes through trial or arbitration, numerous UCC and trade-secret cases. Furthermore, he understands that managing litigation for a business involves controlling costs, assessing risk, and providing practical solutions. The size and scope of Post’s clients have ranged from start-up companies in the transportation industry to market leaders in the agriculture-processing business. Post also works with franchisees to provide them with the same quality legal advice that is sometimes available only to franchisors.
