Consumer Email Creative Requirements

  • Creative accepted two ways:
    1. Content in a word doc along with Advertiser’s logo in a gif/jpg
    2. HTML
      • Cannot be wider than 600 pixels
      • All images must be hosted by the client
      • All HTML submissions must contain text within the HTML;Sample HTML code provided below (the HTML text that would display is in BOLD):

Information for Submitting Flash Creative

Submit the following
  1. SWF File published no higher than version 8
  2. Backup GIF/JPG
  3. Include linking URL
  4. Max 18 fps
  5. Insert the proper clickTAG command only into the GetURL action.
    6. Click Tracking The author of the Flash source file (.fla) has to assign a clickTag variable using a getURL button action. Example: on(release){ getURL(clickTAG,"_blank") }

Video In-Banner AD Specifications

  • 40K initial load and up to 100K for streaming
  • Audio must be user initiated on click
  • Stop, start and volume controls are required
  • Video cannot loop and cannot exceed 30 seconds

Business To Business Email Exclusion File Specifications

  1. Files type should be .txt (text) or .csv (comma delimited).
  2. Files should ONLY contain email addresses.
  3. A file may be compressed or “zipped” if necessary to meet file size requirements.
  4. The maximum number of email addresses must be 5 million and the file size may not exceed 300mb.
