How does it work?

After a brief phone screening, we will make an appointment to personally meet with you. There will be standard paperwork to fill out and evaluations appropriate to your skill set. You will be treated with respect and as a guest in our office. We will talk with you about job descriptions you are interested in, what locations you will consider and acceptable pay rates. We will tell you honestly if we can realistically meet those expectations. Pay rates are based on skills and marketability. There is never a candidate fee for our services.


How long does it take to place me?

We will match you with appropriate jobs as quickly as possible, but we cannot predict a timeline.


Networking toward a Permanent Position

Getting in front of decision makers at major employers can be very difficult by solely submitting a resume or answering an employment ad. Working on a contract basis can sometimes accomplish that goal. Obviously, most contract positions are temporary work with no guarantees of anything else. However, we frequently have seen candidates find a career match and join the company roster.
