RGA also launched its consulting branch to provide specific developers to specialized projects. Seeing the problem caused by the severe shortage of nurses in California led RGA to establish its HealthCare division, again helping that industry meet its needs for specialized, highly experienced nurse managers and administrators. Like the high tech sector, our clients needed cutting edge, forward thinking professionals to enable their facilities to meet the challenges of delivering quality healthcare. RGA has again successfully bridged that gap.

Most recently, RGA has formed a project management arm to assist its customers in developing and making appropriate use of off-shore talent. RGA Outsourcing maintains a variety of off-shore partnerships available and capable of providing the right solution.
