C. Winchell Agency is an entity dedicated to servicing the specific and specialized needs of the Insurance Industry, a field in which we have been involved since 1978. Our client companies include large insurance companies, excess/surplus writers, reinsurers, agents, brokers, Third Party Administrators and Managing General Agents. Our agency handles only insurance-related personnel, including Underwriters, Claim Professionals, Accountants, Agency Account Representatives, Programmers and System Analysts, Reinsurance and all other areas of Operations, Product Development, Marketing and support.

Since opening the Agency, we have placed individuals in P&C positions at more than 200 client companies, including many of the largest National P&C insurers and their subsidiaries, a large number of domestic and international reinsurers as well as the top National Brokers, large-mid sized regional brokers as well as many “main street” agencies in the tri-state area. Our client base also includes the most well-known claim service/TPA’s and large self insured corporations for in-house claims and risk management personnel.

You will note that the majority of the experience of our employees is Insurance-related, and our Agency does not become involved in any other field.
